2. How We Collect information
   The information you voluntarily provide:
   When using the Website, you may be asked to provide certain personal information about you and/or your company, such as name, company name and type, address, phone number, fax number, email address, social media links, financial information, which may include payment details, along with certain demographic information, such as your position with a company, facility type, and buying preferences. This information may be requested when you sign up for an account, request a licence agreement or report music usage. Please be aware that we do not store your payment information and this will be done via a third-party payment company and processed in accordance with that third party’s privacy policy. You will also have to create a password to be able to access your information on the Website.

We collect and record direct marketing data when we add you to our marketing database (e.g., when you subscribe to our newsletter and/or when you sign up to use our platform on a free-trial basis or as a paid subscriber).

All passwords are stored in oneway hashes and cannot be read by company or any of its employees. The Website is run over a secure connection using https. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Security and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax or other purposes.
