We are Myndstream, you might not know us yet, but you will soon. We are a subsidiary of the world’s largest music for media company, Cutting Edge Group. Building on over 20 years of experience and success in influencing how people feel through music in TV, film and gaming, we launched our wellbeing venture, Myndstream. We are on a mission to release the power of music to improve the health and wellbeing of the listener: whether to improve mood, boost productivity, or promote relaxation. We work with world leading musicians, scientists, and wellness practitioners to understand how music affects how we feel. This allows us to create health and wellbeing music that has the maximum impact on the listener. The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our small, mission driven team. The Commercial Project Manager role is a new position within our team, so you will have the opportunity to design and create processes from scratch. This will facilitate you and the team to deliver on a wide range of big commercial deals and new partnership opportunities. The work is complex but hugely exciting, as we are at the cutting edge of what we do, working with the biggest brands in the industry. The ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving skills is a must. You will work directly with Sales & Marketing, and the executive leadership team, plus external stakeholders to bring our projects to life, leading these projects from the front, keeping everything on track and on budget and staying 1-2 steps ahead of the game.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Project Manager:

  • Create & continuously improve the commercial project management process to scale the Myndstream business, focused on the delivery phase with clients.
  • Drive the implementation of multiple commercial projects from concept to launch.
  • Participate & lead in key strategic sessions and engagements with clients, project contributors, and other stakeholders. Act as day to day point of contact for clients for the duration of projects.
  • Define, document & communicate project objectives, deliverables & scopes, adapting them as they evolve and ensure alignment to the company’s strategic direction.
  • Coordinate & oversee project delivery team & resources to ensure projects are completed on time and to the agreed upon specifications.
  • Plan, track & report on project progress inc. timelines, milestones, budgets, etc.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks & issues.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Myndstream product set & wider Mynd Group / CEG organisations.

  • Leading through uncertainty: our deals are bespoke and our company is early-stage so ways of working are dynamic, resilience is required and there are constantly new paths to tread.
  • Commercial & creative acumen: from budgeting through to proving value, you will need a sharp instinct and strategic mindset for commercial value & business opportunities to “deliver the donuts”.
  • Living the Myndstream values to think big, lead the way and collaborate for impact
  • Able to demonstrate ~5 years experience in these areas with a proven track record of delivering reliable results with challenging timelines
  • Bachelor’s degree and / or relevant work experience in a related field (e.g. business administration, logistics & planning, enterprise account management etc.)
  • Nice to have/ desirable: experience within hospitality, wellbeing and/or healthcare

A bit more about the nuts & bolts:

  • This is a full-time position based in our White City, London office, though we are open to a remote position for the right candidate
    • We operate a hybrid working model with a 3:2 (office:home) day split per week
  • The role is expected to require national & international travel on a monthly to bimonthly basis
