- Once I have an account, how do I access the streaming platform?

Once you have signed up to our service, you will be automatically redirected to The Stream. Otherwise your can log in here using the email you signed up with and the password you created at registration or click the Log In button in the top right hand corner of our website. If you have forgotten your password, simply select forgotten password and a reset link will be sent to your inbox.
- Do I need WiFi to play music on The Stream?

No! While most customers do use a phone or tablet connected to a WiFi connection for easy access to The Stream, you can also download our app to a computer which can connect to the internet directly and audio system. Whatever device you use, it can then be connected to speakers throughout your spa in whichever way you have set up e.g. Networked audio, wired amp, bluetooth, aux cabling, WiFi, etc. We continuously release new product features, sign up for our newsletter in the footer of this page to be the first to hear about new product features and releases.
- How do I connect speakers?

Double check you’re connected to the internet and logged in to your account on your chosen streaming device. Then simply connect your speaker(s) via a bluetooth, aux cabling or WiFi connection to the same device and start streaming or if using the app connect to a networked/ wired audio system with that device.
