Offer personalization by allowing your guests to choose: Invite guests to choose a personalized scent and music pairings based on their desired treatment outcome and personal preferences. This can be offer as a treatment up sell charged at an additional $5-$15 per treatment.

Licensing for business use: Playing music in a business setting is different to playing music for personal use on streaming platforms such as Spotify. As the music is for an audience with a commercial purpose you will need a music license to play the music. The Stream is fully licensed for business use so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing you’re supporting artists, saving money in licensing fees and avoiding costly fines.

How do I access The Stream music service?: Once you have signed up to our service, you will be redirected to The Stream, our unique spa music streaming service, easily accessible via your web browser. You can log in here using the email you signed up with and the password you created at registration. If you have forgotten your password, simply select forgotten password and a reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Do I need WiFi to play music?: Currently our streaming service is accessible via your web browser, so you need an internet connected device to play the music from. That internet-connected device can then be connected to speakers throughout your spa in whichever way you have set up e.g., bluetooth, aux cabling, WiFi, etc.
How do I connect speakers?: Double check you’re connected to the internet and logged in to your account on your chosen streaming device. Then simply connect your speaker(s) via a bluetooth, aux cabling or wifi connection to the same device and start streaming. We’ve created these short how to videos to help.
